Aprilia Vespa Updates Prices Of CBSABS Models
- Non-CBS variants of Vespa and Aprilia are still on sale.
- SR 150, SXL 150 and Elegante VXL 150 are the only models to get ABS.
- Both brands have updated all of their 125cc models with CBS.
- Vespa to soon launch the Urban Club 125 in India.
After the new safety norms kicked in from April 1, bikemakers have been updating the prices of their entire lineups after the inclusion of ABS or CBS. Bajaj and Honda have already updated the prices and the newest members to join this list are Vespa and Aprilia.
Currently, the Vespa 125cc range consists of six models: the Notte 125, LX 125, Urban Club 125, ZX 125, VXL 125 and the SXL 125. And the 150cc range comprises of two models: the SXL 150 and the Elegante VXL 150.
The Aprilia lineup, however, will get a new variant of the SR 125 called the Storm 125 and you can read all about it here. The flagship Aprilia model, the SR 150 is now available in three variants: standard, Race and Carbon.
The only models to get ABS are the SR 150, SXL 150 and the Elegante VXL 150, while other models feature CBS. However, bikemakers can sell non-CBS and non-ABS two-wheelers till stocks last. Here’s a model wise price list of all the scooters in the Aprilia and Vespa lineups.
